All of our products are shipped UPS . Fed Ex . USPS Priority Mail so they can be tracked and arrive safely.

Almost all of our selections are shipped directly from our hand picked vendors from across the country. You may receive your purchases in separate boxes at different times.
Since we offer a large selection of custom made gifts, some of these gifts can take up to 4 weeks to ship to you. Please note the approximate ship times on the listing page and email Three Hip Chicks before ordering if you have concerns about arrival times.
We cannot accept any changes to orders once they are placed but we will try to make sure that there are no errors and will email you if we have questions.
During peak selling periods, arrival times may be a little longer so please make sure to order early to insure that you get your gift on time.
We are not able to insert a gift card in most orders. Three Hip Chicks will do the best we can to help you but can make no promises that it will happen!
PLEASE NOTE: It is expected that you will email Three Hip Chicks before ordering a gift that needs to be rushed. We will place all orders regardless, if you have not discussed a rush delivery with a timely email. We are not always able to put a gift card in with items that you might order due to the nature of our business. We will always do our best to accomodate you if you request a gift card.

PAYMENT
We use a safe & secure payment system that will enable you to use Discover, Master Card, Visa or American Express. There is also a Pal Pal option available. Please note the there is a slight delay in processing echecks since it takes several days to clear the check.

MONOGRAMMING
We ask for all monogram intitials to be given in monogram order ( first, LAST name, middle name initials) Initial placement will be engraved as shown on your order. If you make an error, it is yours, if we make an error, we are glad to replace your item. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have before placing your order. We will always email if we have a concern about the monogram order. Better safe than sorry!

RETURN POLICY
Three Hip Chicks does not accept returns for personalized items. Most are custom made for you and only you. If we make an error, we will gladly replace the gift for you. If you make an an error, it is yours to keep. Email with questions before you order to make sure that we all all on the same page. We like that and want you to be pleased with your purchase. Please note that there is a 30 day time limit for any and all returns.
