Orders

All of our products are customized and personalized just for you; therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please choose your personalization carefully and contact us prior to ordering with any questions in regards to monogramming, fonts, colors, etc. Make sure that your order is accurate before submitting as all sales are final. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order so please review your confirmation carefully. If you see an error in your order, notify us immediately because once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it due to quick production times especially during peak holiday times.  Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled at any time.  Three Hip Chicks reserves the right to refund any purchase if concerns arise over any purchase that may be flagged as fraudulent by our Credit Card Processor.   We may require further information to identify card holder such as billing address, name or correct CVV code.  

Shipping

Since our products are customized just for you, the average turnaround is 12-15 business days plus ship time.  Some items take even longer depending on workmanship and popularity.  Turnaround time varies from product to product, so please refer to product descriptions prior to placing an order.  These times do not include holidays, rush season or acts of God beyond our control.  Please plan accordingly prior to placing your order.  We are always happy to answer any questions regarding shipping and will do our best to accommodate rush orders or requested dates but you must contact customer service to confirm your request.  Three Hip Chicks promises our items are worth the wait!

All orders will ship UPS, Fed Ex or USPS priority mail.  Please refer to your products estimated shipping time prior to contacting customer service regarding your order status.  We will email tracking information as soon as it becomes available.  

Three Hip Chicks is not responsible for packages that are shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Please include apartment/suite numbers as they are often missed. A $20 return item fee will be charged for returned packages. Again, please refer to your order confirmation carefully to ensure all information is correct.

Three Hip Chicks can not change Shipping address after your order is placed, so please use desired address at time of purchase.  Customer is responsible for retrieving packages.

Please keep in mind if you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive at different times and in different packages.

Monogramming/Personalization

Most personalization information will be entered in exact order. Traditional monograms are done in first, LAST, middle order.

EXAMPLE-   Mary Ann Smith will appear as mSa

***There are a few minor exceptions on some Men’s items and cell phone cases that use the traditional block monogram font.  In that case the initials are entered in the order, first, MIDDLE, last name order.

Examples of monogram and personalization fonts are displayed on each product.  Please choose them carefully as your order will be processed EXACTLY as you enter it.  Please contact us with any questions regarding any monogram or personalization etiquette prior to ordering. 

Font/Color Selection

Three Hip Chicks offer a wide variety of fonts to choose from.  Each letter within each font choice is unique so please choose your font carefully.

**Please note:  Some fonts such as the circle font the first letter may appear backwards, this is a traditional circle font.  There are also some fonts such as Casual Script that are meant for a name and not a three letter monogram.  

Colors on products may vary slightly depending on your computer resolution.  Printed colors may also vary between products due to different mediums.  For this reason color variances are unavoidable.  Color variance is not a defect and will not be replaced or refunded.

*CERTAIN MONOGRAM FONTS ARE MEANT FOR A NAME NOT A THREE LETTER MONOGRAM. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE REVIEWED YOUR ORDER TO ENSURE YOUR CHOICE OF COLORS, FONTS AND YOUR INITIALS ARE IN THE CORRECT ORDER BEFORE PLACING A CLAIM. CIRCLE MONOGRAMS WITH CERTAIN INITIALS WILL APPEAR BACKWARDS THIS IS TRADITIONAL AND NOT AN ERROR. THOSE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE and NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Our gold monogram necklaces come in a variety of metals, 14K, 14K goldfill, 22k gold vermeil and gold tone, consisting of a copper based metal with 3% gold and silver. *See product descriptions for details.Damages/Incorrect Order

Three Hip Chicks sells only the highest products in our industry.   At times errors do occur or items are damaged during shipping. Three Hip Chicks wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and will make every effort to correct any errors on our part.  If we make a mistake on a monogram we will gladly get you a replacement, if you make a mistake, it is yours to keep.  Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Three Hip Chicks discretion.   Any replacement will get the exact personalization stated in the original order.  Please read the following information prior to contacting Three Hip Chicks Customer Service. 

Product Listings- Three Hip Chicks makes every effort to list and describe products in detail along with detailed product photos.  Three Hip Chicks is not responsible for product differences due to manufacturer product updates. This includes color variances and materials used. 

iPhone cases-

Our oh so cute phone cases arrive in perfect condition unless notified within 48 hours. If we are not notified of a damage within 48 hours of receipt, the consumer assumes all responsibility for the care and handling of our iPhone cases. Any damage incurred after the packaging is opened, is the responsibility of the consumer and will not be replaced or refunded. Three Hip Chicks will not replace or refund due to model error made by the consumer. Please know your phone model prior to ordering. Although our cases are tough, they are not unbreakable.  Three Hip Chicks will not replace any case that is broken due to drops, nicks, scratches or mishandling.  A case that is placed on a phone will be handled multiple times per day, and will incur normal wear and tear.  Breakage and normal wear and tear due to customer mishandling is not a manufacturing defect and will not be replaced. Please be aware Hand sanitizer will remove the printed artwork on your case, and Three Hip Chicks strongly recommends avoiding contact with any chemicals/cleaning products while handling your phone case.  We do not offer refunds on custom items, and will replace at our discretion.  If your phone case is redone, it will get the exact personalization stated in the original order.  

 

Custom OtterBox® cases -

OtterBox® does not extend their (1) Year limited warranty on any personalized or customized cases. However, Three Hip Chicks warranties our monogrammed and personalized OtterBox® cases for 30 days, on manufacturer defects as deemed defective by the Manufacturer, or design error's by the Manufacturer. Please be advised, your oh so cute new OtterBox® case arrives in perfect condition, unless otherwise notified within 48 hours. If your case arrives damaged please contact customerservice@threehipchicks.com, within 48 hours. Once your customized OtterBox® is removed from the packaging it is the sole responsibility of the owner to properly care and handle.  Our OtterBox® Commuter and Defender cases are purchased from a US-based distributor and are real and Authentic products of Otterbox®.  

Please note the following common occurrences. Three Hip Chicks will not replace or refund your product for any of the following reasons as they are a direct result of not taking proper care or handling a custom OtterBox® case.

*OtterBox® application-please follow all instructions carefully.  Improper application can and will result in damaging your case and or printed image/monogram.  Please refer to the following videos for tutorial on applying your case to your phone.

*Color variation of printed design may vary from your computer or mobile device-Depending on the medium, OtterBox® Color, or computer monitor, the printed design may vary slightly. Three Hip Chicks will not replace an OtterBox® due to color variation. Printed Designs on our OtterBox® cases are matte in nature and do not constitute a defect.

*Drops, falls, nicks, dings or scratches to Printed Design-This is not a defect and is NOT covered under our 30 Day Warranty. Any damage incurred to the printed portion of your OtterBox®, can, and will compromise the integrity
of your customized and Monogrammed OtterBox® case. Once a ding or scratch has been made, some peeling MAY occur. Remember the OtterBox® case is still a viable product, and any damage to the printed portion will not compromise the effectiveness of the actual OtterBox® case. Three Hip Chicks will not replace or refund for these circumstances.

*Normal wear and tear-Three Hip Chicks will not replace or refund your case for normal wear and tear. Your device is used daily, multiple times a day. Your case will get dirty and scratch and this is a normal process. Remember WHITE will get dirty, and if this will be an issue for you, please choose another case color, such as black.

*Hand Sanitizer-Please be advised that Hand Sanitizer will compromise the printing on your case, as well as certain chemicals found in soap, cleaning agents, and other products. Three Hip Chicks will not replace or refund and advise against using these products, and use care when cleaning.

Three Hip Chicks hopes you love your new monogrammed and customized OtterBox® case! We know your super excited to receive your product in the mail so please take note of ship times. Our custom OtterBox® cases are in high demand and at times, we may run out of stock of models and colors, and we will notify you as soon as possible to accommodate 

iPad/Kindle Cases

Our iPad and Kindle cases are available for many models, Three Hip Chicks is not responsible for customer error made for model choice. Please have your model available prior to ordering. Three Hip Chicks has a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects as deemed by the manufacturer. Please be aware normal wear and tear will occur. Our products come in perfect condition, and unless Three Hip Chicks is notified within 48 hours of delivery of a product, the consumer assumes all responsibility for the care of our products, and is responsible for any damage thereafter.

Monogrammed Jewelry

*Please use special care when putting one of our necklaces on or taking it off. The chains are often delicate and might break if you accidently pull it or catch it on something. We will not replace broken chains or shorten/lengthen chains ordered in the wrong length.

*Three Hip Chicks is not responsible for any sterling silver jewelry, gold tone jewelry, gold filled jewelry or 14K gold jewelry that has tarnished or discolored due to improper care. We suggest that all jewelry be kept in an airless box or bag to prevent tarnish. Normal wear and tear policies apply to all jewelry.  Gold vermeil will wear off with extended wear, we offer re-dipping at a charge. 

Wall Decals

Please do not apply a decal to a newly painted wall. Allow 30 days for the wall to cure before placing the decal on the wall. Consider the texture on your walls before purchasing a decal. Slight texture should not be a problem but a rough texture wall may damage the decal or could not adhere properly.  Application of Decals must be done within 3 weeks.   Three Hip Chicks is not responsible for any damage or repairs resulting in the removal or application of wall decals.  Please follow enclosed instructions . We welcome emails and can answer your questions about applying your decal.  

Claims-Procedures

If for any reason you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact  customer service with the following information 

  • Name of purchaser 
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Supply a photo of your damaged item (front and back)
  • Brief description of your claim.

Your claim will not be reviewed without the above information.  Please refer to our contact us page for office hours and contact information.  Once your claim is received please allow 2 business days for review.

If your claim is approved, please note that the item will be replaced with the same selections from your original order.  No alterations to monogram font, monogram order,  colors or model will be provided. 

Registered Customers

If you are a registered customer, you will be able to correspond with us and us with you. You will receive our emails and order tracking. If you shop as a guest only, you will receive order tracking only. Your emails may not be received by us based on your choice not to activate an account. Your email address is considered private based on your choice not to become a registered customer at checkout.

Privacy and Security

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We use Facebook ads to advertise our products on Facebook and get the word out on deals, sales, new products and collections. We try to make the advertising as relevant to you the customer as possible. Facebook ads can appear in your Facebook newsfeed, right column, or mobile feed (mobile phone). The ads can also appear in our partner's mobile apps. We use Facebook conversion tracking to let us know when you have completed a purchase and track sales. This helps us decide what is relevant and helps us know what advertising is working. The conversion tracking is a snippet of code or pixel that tells us what ads, target market, and traffic help us sell our products.
